Livelihood Promotion of the marginalized communities through skill training to school dropout youth. (FVTRS) 2016-17

The organization conducted Skill development training programme for youth in Badi village Sidhauli Sitapur .Total 100 people living under the poor community benefitted with Plumber, Mobile Repairing, and cookery Baking and Beauty culture. The trainees having the Age group of 16 to 35 years were selected .the trade wise qualification were decided in the selection process. Plumber trade was very beneficial for those untrained workers who work to fix water and sanitary pipe lines in the buildings 20 women took interest and joined training programme for repairing and maintenance of mobile cell. The cookery Bakery training was very useful for those female trainees who were engaged in domestic work. Now they have trained and making good meal for their service houses and demanding good amount as wages.
