Is an autonomous Agency of the country? It executes various CRS activities in its target areas. U.P. is one of the target states of the THDC and it is focusing here on women empowerment through technical training and allied activities for sustainable employment. The organization made a long term collaboration with THDC and working in the (urban areas) Old Lucknow ,Nagram,Itaunja,Mahauna , Bargadi, Hazratpur etc under the district. Total 1200 poor women are working in garment training, Zari and Chikan work, Patch work etc.They provided intensive training up to three years and developed confidence to initiate their sustainable livelihood. For sake of it, the organization has established production and marketing out lets in Old Lucknow, Itaunja ,Mahauna and Nagram where these women come regularly and utilize its infrastructure for sake of their sustainable employment .
